EUROVIET TRAVEL SIGHTSEEING TOUR POLICY
The main tourist attractions of Vietnam include a large and unique number of religious and historic monuments, magnificent scenery, and a rich and diverse cultural legacy. These monuments are a fundamental part of any tour of Vietnam. In addition Euroviet travel seeks out the less popular but interesting and often unique off the beaten track sights such as colourful festivals, traditional vocations and local markets to supplement the traditional attractions wherever they coincide with travel plans. The tastes of traditional Vietnam cuisine will be included throughout the differing regions as well as the opportunity to meet the local people in their own environment. Euroviet endeavours to go the extra mile to make your trip to Vietnam a memorable and diverse experience.
CONFIRMATIONS
All requests are acknowledged within TWO working days. Reservation confirmations together with booking status are followed within the next FIVE working days depending on the services requested. Due to occasional difficulties in communication to destinations outside of Hanoi and big cities, it may take a few days longer to get confirmations for services up-country. Also please be reminded that Vietnam sometimes faces email as well as internet problems. In case you do not hear from us after 48hrs please assume that your email has not been reached us therefore feel free to resend again.
RATES AND VALIDITY
All prices are in US$, and based on supplier’s tariffs at the time of putting the tours together. Euroviet travel reserves the right to vary the cost of the tours, taxes, domestic airline prices if necessary by reason of currency fluctuation, component cost increase especially hotel rates or fuel surcharge. Once full payment has been received by Euroviet travel, no surcharges in respect to currency fluctuation will be applied. Euroviet travel Vietnam cannot be held responsible for any service that we are unable to provide due to any particular component being unavailable.
All rates are quoted net to travel agents in US Dollar at current rates of exchange and are subject to change without prior notice. Inclusions and exclusions in the tour packages are indicated at the end of each itinerary. Commonly our package tour rates include accommodation, transfers, and meals as mentioned in the itinerary and other tour related services in Asia. Our tour itineraries do not include domestic airfares (quoted separately), visa fees, international airfares, international airport taxes and expenses of a personal nature. Validity of our rates is Januray 01, 2016 until October 31, 2016 unless otherwise specified.
GUIDE SERVICES
Local English speaking guides are accompanying tours and transfers in each destination. Spanish, German, French, Italian and Russian speaking guides are available on request and subject to confirmation and a respective surcharge.
DELIVERY FEES
A delivery fee of US$ 20.- per delivery will be charged according to the distance traveled, if flight tickets are required to be delivered to clients hotel.
HOTEL’s ROOMS
There can be variations in the size, standard and presentation of room and facilities within one hotel and this is beyond Euroviet travel Vietnam’s control. Higher category of hotels or rooms can be arranged depending on the availability at the time of request and there will be supplements for that. Please read the below mentioned cancellation policies very carefully and be aware that cancellation fees may be applicable and which will be fully charged accordingly.
DOMESTIC FLIGHT
Domestic flights on schedule are now run by the THREE airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Pacific Airlines. Euroviet travel only uses Vietnam Airlines companies as it operates according to international safety standards and offer international service. The airlines operate frequent flights to all major tourist destinations country wide and a constantly expanding air network with Boeing 777, Airbus 320, 321, ATR-72 aircrafts. Baggage allowance on domestic flights is 20kg. Excess luggage can be paid on checking spot.
VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION
Euroviet travel provides the best available air-conditioned cars and coaches for all tours. Vietnam, Thailand have very good new car. Still cars and buses in Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar tend to be of better quality than in upcountry locations.
GUARANTEE
According to most suppliers in Asia, a minimum of 10% to 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Failure to pay deposit can result in withdrawal of confirmation.
PROGRAM CHANGES
Euroviet travel reserves the right to re-arrange the order of any tour program, to cancel or substitute elements of any tour itinerary without notice, when local conditions require such changes. All itineraries depending on domestic flight confirmations are subject to changes. The customers at the destination are requested to pay all supplementary and extra costs that may occur due to these changes on the spot.
CHILDREN POLICE (Land service only)
Child from 1- 4 yrs: Free of charge if sharing bed with parents
Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 30% of adult price if sharing existing bed(s) with parents
Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 50% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
Child from 7 – 11 yrs: charge 75% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
Child from 12 yrs up: pay as adult rate
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellation of confirmed reservations, the following cancellation fees on the whole package according to the case incurred will be charged. Special conditions, meaning more strict policies apply for cruises, beach resorts as well as for some of the boutique and landmark hotels. Cancellation conditions are mentioned in each program separately.
FIT, from 2 to 5 pax
45 days prior to arrival : 0 % cancellation fees
45 to 30 days prior to arrival : 10 % cancellation fees
29 to 15 days prior to arrival : 25% cancellation fees
14 to 07 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fees
Less than 07 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fees
GIT, 6 pax and above
61 days prior to arrival : 0 % cancellation fees
46 to 60 days prior to arrival : 25 % cancellation fees
31 to 45 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fees
01 to 30 days prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fees
PAYMENT
Full pre-payment by bank transfer is required 4 weeks before commencement of services. Our bank account details are givan in each transaction by email to our partner.

- Euroviet travel group increases its efforts to ensure that children and adolescents in tourist areas are protected against sexual exploitation, one of the worst forms of abuse of young people today.
- Euroviet travel promotes fair working conditions, and sensitizes its service provider partners to social and environmental concerns.
- The supply and saving of clean water is a further key issue.
- Euroviet travel develops its own projects to meet the growing threat posed by climate change. Indeed, helping counter the adverse effects of global warming is one of the biggest challenges faced by the world tourist.
LIABILITY
Euroviet travel acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Euroviet travel is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourist’s agreement to the above condition.
